Returns:
Return Policy:
- We do not accept returns
- All purchases made in-store and online are FINAL, no exceptions
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items:
- For online orders only, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
Exchanges:
- We allow a 72 hr in-store/in-stock exchange only policy or store credit minus a 50% restocking fee (In-store only)
- When exchanging, the difference must be paid if the dress is higher in value in comparison to original dress purchased
- We are not responsible for any shipping costs
Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items:
- Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange such as, bridal, custom orders, special orders, sale items, and clearance.
